Phase 1 — Heal & Embody

You begin with YOU.

You’ll clear energetic imprints, balance your nervous system, and awaken your inner healer.

This phase anchors your confidence, safety, and intuition so you can hold space for others from overflow, not depletion.

Now you step fully into your role as a professional practitioner.
