With deep sensitivity and respect for the uniqueness in each individual, I hold a loving, attuned, and safe space for clients to discover and welcome their whole selves.

My accessible and profound way of sharing transformational techniques, such as meditation, parts/inner child work, somatic embodiment practices, yoga and breathwork, allows individuals to delve deeper into their interior reality with unconditional welcoming and radical truth.

My Awakening Journey

Thirteen years ago, my own healing path began during a time of profound transition. I was navigating diagnoses of depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and disordered eating.

 

Beneath it all was a deep desire to understand myself — not through labels, but through truth.

​

I began exploring yoga, meditation, and nutrition, which soon led me into energy healing, somatics, and shamanic studies.

 

During this time, I experienced a spontaneous awakening — moments of deep presence, synchronicity, and connection with Spirit.  

 

I realized there was order emerging from the chaos, and that healing is not about fixing — it’s about remembering.

 

That remembrance changed everything.

The Path of Study and Mastery

Since then, I’ve spent over a decade devoted to studying and refining multidimensional healing arts.

 

My training bridges science, spirit, and somatics — blending grounded methodology with mystical depth.

​

My professional lineage includes:

• Alchemy Somatics Healer Training (Trauma-Informed) – Somatics, Shamanism, Depth Psychology, IFS, and Clairvoyance

• Rythmia Life Advancement Center (Costa Rica) – Breathwork, plant medicine facilitation, and ceremonial space-holding

• Reiki Master (Levels I, II & Master) – Energy healing and frequency attunement

• Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach – 100+ dietary theories and lifestyle approaches

• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Embodied movement and breathwork
